Boy Seriously Injured By Automobile on Fourth Street
Franklin Peterman seven son of Mr and Mrs P A Peterman 112 Fourth street suffered a fractured right leg above the knee and head injuries at 12:15 pm today when he ran from between parked machines in front of his home into the path of a westbound car. He was rushed to the hospital by Richard Thayer and C L Travers, his father accompanying him. Witness C W White 152 Harvard avenue testified the boy ran into the street in front of John Reimers of 407 Ninth street. The boy was unconscious early this afternoon and hospital authorities rated his condition as only fair.
