Dead Chickens Found Along Chestnut Ridge Road
Two bags holding three dozen dead chickens were found along Chestnut Ridge Road Sunday after thieves abandoned them while fleeing. Carl Wright reported the discovery to the sheriff yesterday. one bag was near his home and the other nearby. Deputy Hudak found 15 birds stolen from N. L. Kirk and the rest from Edward Hare and Nelson Coon.

Fire Destroys Barn On Whitehead Road Carlisle Township
