Giant United Air Lines plane crashes near Chesterton
A twin-motored United Air Lines passenger plane exploded in mid air and crashed near Chesterton Indiana killing seven aboard. The NC 13304 flew from Cleveland to Chicago and was near its destination when the explosion occurred.
