Man indicted in Johnson death
A grand jury indicted Damon B. Jackson, 19, formerly of Elyria, for the death of Nathaniel Johnson, 26, of Oberlin, who was shot Aug. 28 outside a Burger King in Elyria while trying to break up an argument. Thirty other indictments were returned. arraignments set for next week before Common Pleas Judge Floyd D. Harris.
