Army staff sergeant John C Sexton Jr aged 23 from Warren Michigan walked from jungle captivity to Loc Ninh near Saigon. He asked for a Christmas dinner with the works and briefly spoke with his father noting he sounded good. He is 135 pounds, with malaria anemia eye injury and wounds from shrapnel. He was the 22nd U S prisoner released by the Viet Cong.
