Two men charged in Vermilion boat theft

Two Lorain County men Arnold M. Burgess and Steven R. Baker were arrested on grand larceny charges for stealing a 28 foot cabin cruiser from the Vermilion River. The owner Ben Andras said no permission was granted. Damage estimated at 150 dollars. Bond set at 5000 dollars each.

River cleanup begins early along Black River banks
