Rescued Cyclist Freed After Jackknifed Truck Crash
Rescue workers in Tampa Florida freed 23 year old cyclist Steve Waller after a tractor trailer jackknifed on a superhighway and struck the guardrail. Waller was dangling over an overpass side and later listed in fair condition at a local hospital.
