Escapee Desmond Ligon Arrested in Elyria
Desmond Ligon who fled while being transported from Lorain County Common Pleas Court was captured at 331 Furnace St in Elyria. Three others were arrested at the same house on warrants. Ligon now faces escape charges in addition to trafficking heroin and possession of criminal tools.

Man sues Lorain police pleads guilty in drug case
