Murder suspect in custody after Northeast Ohio homicide
North Ridgeville police say 37 year old John Rowan admitted to killing Harold Litten and later turned himself in at Lake Erie Correctional Facility for an unrelated parole warrant. Detectives tied Rowan to the April and May timeline with DNA and fingerprints linking him to the scene at 5490 Jaycox Road. Investigators say robbery was the motive and Rowan acted alone. He is to be returned to Lorain County after an Oct 15 release date from the Rowan Conneaut facility.
