Juvenile charged in obstruction case at 38th Street
In the afternoon incident a juvenile female was charged with obstructing official business and being unruly after allegedly cursing at officers and hindering their investigation near the 200 block of West 38th Street. A scam claim at Skyline Drive led to a $300 loss to a resident. Dollar General on Broadway reported a purse theft. A cane assault occurred on Homewood Drive.
