BISBEE Arizona report states postage stamps were sent to a cafe manager for a meal eaten six months earlier. Elsie Parrish received stamps totaling 75 cents with a kind note from Frank E. Clark of Wolf Creek Montana. Parrish did not recall him, noting she assisted several needy patrons last winter and this was the first repayment.
