Six Persons Injured In Auto Accidents
A flurry of traffic crashes injures six people since yesterday afternoon. Donna Jean Lawrence, 7, of 1104 East Avenue, suffered cuts and bruises and is hospitalized after being hit near her home by Earl Andress of Fuller Road. Ted Petko, 23, Mildred Malina, 18, and Betty Ryba, 19, all from Cleveland, sustained lacerations and bruises when their car plunged down a 15 foot embankment on Route 57 near Grafton. Bernard Seville, 157 Erie Street, was struck while on a bicycle on Lodi Street near Lake Avenue. the car fled the scene, injuring his left eye. Leonard Good, 30, and Minnie Good, 30, of Oxford Avenue, reported a collision that knocked their car into a pole on Sugar Ridge Road east of Elyria. Minnie was treated for neck and body injuries.

Funeral Services For Former Elyrian To Be Held Here Wed
Funeral services for James G. Horgan 52, a former Elyrian who died yesterday in Polyclinic Hospital Cleveland after a long illness will be at Nichols Funeral Home at 2 p.m. Wednesday. Horgan lived in Elyria from 1922 to 1928 and worked 13 years as general power sales engineer for Ohio Public Service Co. He was power engineer for Republic Steel Co in Cleveland during the past two years and was an active member of the Elyria Ellis Lodge which will conduct services at Brookdale Cemetery. He is survived by his wife Avis and son Maurice 24 and his mother in Ireland.
