Emerson Electric buys Ridge Tool building in Westlake
WESTLAKE Emerson Electric of St Louis has purchased the Ridge Tool building at 30033 Clemens Rd for 64 million. Emerson Finance settled the deal with Clemens Road Associates on Friday. The former Ridge Tool site will house a tenant within a year, as Ridge Tool exits its 15 year lease. Corna confirmed the sale and said Emerson plans to lease to another firm with an option to buy.
