Avon Lake approves HDR Engineering sewer project contract
Avon Lake City Council authorized a personal services agreement with HDR Engineering Inc to complete the final phase of the citywide combined sewer separation plan. The project in the 45s area includes design and engineering for water lines and sewers with costs split 60 percent Avon Lake Regional Water and 40 percent the city, totaling up to 811 349 dollars and aiming for completion in 2020.
