Bandits Rob A Shanghai Bank Auto Escape With 23000

In Shanghai on November 27 a motor vehicle bandit gang raided a railway bank and stole 23000 before fleeing. Police reported the armed men used a car to rob the Shanghai Railway Office. No further details were released.
