Ridgeville Train Fatal Crash Claims Local Man
A 19 year old North Ridgeville man, Ronald J. Baldauf, was killed when his pickup was struck by a Conrail train at Maddock Road crossing about 3 pm. He died from head injuries after being pinned in the wreckage and transported to Elyria Memorial Hospital.
