Suspect indicted in fatal girlfriend shooting
A North Ridgeville man Randy Hamilton, 50, was indicted in Lorain County Common Pleas Court on one count of murder with a firearm specification and other charges including voluntary manslaughter and felonious assault over the October shooting death of his girlfriend. Prosecutors say Hamilton called 911 from his Avon Belden Road home, then was found outside his garage attempting to light a cigarette as police arrived.

Elyria man indicted in July chase and crash
Robert P. Campbell of Elyria is indicted in Lorain County on six counts of aggravated vehicular assault and vehicular assault along with two counts of operating a vehicle under the influence. He allegedly led police through North Ridgeville, crashed into three cars, injuring five, during the July incident.
