U N envoy Prakash Shah arrived in Baghdad as Iraq attacked UNSCOM chief Richard Butler over demands for more weapons related papers. Iraqi officials decried the move as a pretext for a U S strike while Baghdad said it had provided all relevant documents. State controlled papers offered no further comment.
