A 14 year old Sheffield Lake boy accused of helping start a fire that damaged a lumber company by 500000 will pay part of the damage, be placed on probation, and complete 100 hours of community service. He must check in weekly with a probation officer and stay away from Abbe Road Lumber. Three boys were arrested after overheard discussion at school. The 12 year old faces sentencing December 4 for arson and vandalism, while another 14 year old faces trial December 22 for failing to report a crime and obstructing official business.
