The Ninth District Court of Appeals affirmed Winchell H. Moon 32 of Lorain in an armed robbery case. Moon was sentenced to 10 to 25 years in the Ohio Penitentiary for the May 7 1971 holdup at Gonzalez grocery Lorain. The court found his weight of the evidence and Miranda rights claims unsupported.
