Wellington Exempted Village Schools appointed William Lilley Jr. as treasurer after a special meeting. Lilley, 29, from Grafton, will begin as assistant treasurer Dec 2 31 and then sign a two year contract through Dec 31 1984 at 19000 dollars yearly. He succeeds Mary Palider who resigned at end of six months probation. Lilley has served in the state auditor's office since Dec 1980 and holds a master's from Golden State University.
