Antique machines on display at Midway Mall show
Lorain County Historical Society and private collectors present an Antique and Hobby Show at Midway Mall next weekend. The display features old bikes and wagons, sewing machines, wheel barrows, radios, phonographs, blacksmith tools, and farm equipment, reflecting a search for a permanent home and space for large artifacts. John Currier, an FAA technician from Oberlin, brings about 60 phonographs and thousands of old records, highlighting the drift of museums into private collections.
