Trustees disclosed the staff list and salaries for the new 36 position sanatorium project costing 425000. Vermilion boating tragedy leaves three injured and one dead

A gasoline explosion aboard a Vermilion launch last night killed Chester M. Daniels aged 17 who leapt from the burning boat at the mouth of the Vermilion river. Wilbur Daniels, 28, and Leonard Winlan, 16, both suffered facial burns. Coast Guardsmen rescued the men from the river as flames engulfed the vessel after gasoline sprayed a lantern.
