John Bobrowski administrator claims Jones assaulted and shot Serafinos on private property after accusing him of stealing coal. The petition charges negligence in employing Jones who, it is said, had previous unprovoked gunfire. Jones is free on bond awaiting manslaughter trial. Five shots were fired, four entering Serafinos.
