Army reviews Elyria police officer case over callup
The U S Army has ten days to review Elyria Patrolman Charles Bryan case after he was arrested for failing to report for active duty. Judge Lambros granted a ten day restraining order blocking Army call up while Bryan argues he never received orders. Bryan has been released pending ruling as Army officials say he was called for duty after missing drills.
