Referendum on Soil Conservation District Scheduled for November 23
Edna YMCA steering committee discussed a referendum on creating a soil conservation district. Voting runs 9 am to 3 pm November 23 with 65 percent favorable needed. Eighteen centers designated including Columba Gar man’s store Grafton Avon Elyria and Worcester Hatchery.
