Laughing to Win in NH House Reelection Bid

P J Riley, a 51 year old Republican in Manchester NH, hopes humor helps him win a second term in the New Hampshire House. He runs a low budget campaign with two self written radio ads. One capers about stumbling through a tape job and a timer narrator. The other recalls winning by three votes two years ago and urges supporters to bring a friend to vote. Riley says voters respond well and politics used to be fun.
