Isadora Dance Legacy Through Madame Rubinstein Teachings
A fragmentary tribute to Isadora Duncan, chronicling her influence on modern dance and the Rubinstein era. It recalls her expressive range from March Slav to Brahms, notes how her school propagated the idea that movement must originate from within, and outlines simple exercises intended to build grace and flexibility. The piece hints at Elisabeth Rubinstein guiding successors and emphasizes inner feeling as the source of all form.
