Village plans land buy near sewage plant for future park use
Wellington Board of Public Affairs will purchase 34 acres near the sewage disposal plant for future expansion. Until plans materialize, the land will be developed as ball diamonds for the community recreation program. The $51,000 price was set by King Realtors, who originally planned a housing development.
