Fugitive Insane Men Captured Near Delphos
Chester Beedy aged 37 and Jasper Brown aged 45 were recaptured and returned to the Lima State Hospital for the Criminal Insane after a weekend escape. They were found Monday night in a Delphos barn 14 miles west of Lima, following a report from farmer Jacob Mueller. Beedy was committed from Washington D. C. and Brown from Columbus. The pair had spent most of their freedom in a woods between Lima and Delphos.
