British bombard Falklands as invasion forces close in Port Stanley

British warships unleashed the heaviest bombardment of the Falklands war on Port Stanley to retake the last Argentine stronghold. Harriers pounded the airfield and encampments as 4,000 British paras and marines close in, with Argentine units and prisoners reported in nearby advances.

Mosher returns to town that is a part of me
