Akron Ohio May 29 Wounds received in an exchange of gunfire between Officer Paul Holloway and Emery Driesbach 28 year old farmer resulted fatally today for Holloway. The officer was shot early Wednesday when he pursued a girl companion into Driesbachs home. The girl fled after her escort allegedly refused to take her home from a party. Driesbach was questioned by police who exonerated him when it was revealed the former shot after the officer first fired at him. The case will be presented to the next grand jury.
