Antonio Dzouclis, 38, on trial for first degree murder in the fatal shooting of his son in law William Dinett, 22, on March 11, was taken to Lima State Hospital for the Insane by Sheriff Clarence E Adams and Chief Deputy Clarence Dick. Dzouclis, who went into hysterics as his daughter testified against him, was adjudged insane by two Lorraine physicians and the trial suspended until June 16 by Judge W. B. Thompson for observation at the Lima institution.
