Firefighter pleads no contest in hospital parking lot incident
Avon Lake Ohio Joshua Murphy 35 pleaded no contest to persistent disorderly conduct for tampering with a University Hospitals employee's car after becoming upset about her parking. The charge was reduced from criminal mischief in Avon Lake Municipal Court. He was fined 150 dollars and ordered to stay away from the victim.
