Ex-school board member pleads insanity to charges

Coroner: Alcohol factor in North Ridgeville drowning
North Ridgeville man Adam Wright drowned in a backyard pond after his rowboat capsized. Coroner Paul Matus said the victim Michael Sigsworth, 46, had a blood alcohol content of .212, over two and a half times the legal driving limit, and ruled the death an accidental drowning. His fellow boater Debra Quinn, 47, survived.
