Robbery suspect surrenders in Lorain bank heist
In Cleveland FBI agents report the third and final suspect in the April 27 Lorain City Bank branch robbery turned himself in. Joseph Church Wi, 19, of Lorain, faces armed robbery charges and awaits arraignment before U. S. Commissioner Clifford E. Bruce.
