8 year old girl run over by school bus in Sheffield Lake
An eight year old Sheffield Lake girl is in serious condition at St Josephs Hospital after being run over by a school bus at 328 PM Friday near her home. The driver, Doreen Krueger, 37, said she did not see the girl and left after aiding the child. The accident is under investigation with no charges yet filed. The girl has a fractured pelvis but no internal injuries and is in intensive care. The superintendent said the driver acted properly and remained to ensure the children were safe.
