Nine Elyria High School juniors will represent Elyria at the 1946 Buckeye Boys State to be held at Oberlin College in Oxford June 18 to 25. Sponsored by local organizations including St Agnes PTA, Gray and Knight of Columbus, and the American Legion, the program seeks to teach republican government and leadership. Participants must have at least a C average, show civics or debate interest, leadership, self-reliance, and be in eleventh grade during the 1945-48 school year.
