Y W C A Forum Spends Weekend at Lakeside Discussion

The YWCA Young People's Forum held a weekend gathering at Lakeside with games and a Sunday discussion on traffic safety. Observations noted travel speeds cause most accidents in good weather between 7 and 8 pm and pedestrians aged 19 to 64 are most at risk. The group proposed parking limits and routing changes to Elyria traffic. Chaperons included Mrs. Scott, Mrs. Beebe, and Miss Holly. Steering Committee members were elected for the summer through October. Telephone service in the Philippines is under consideration.
