Ohio regents ready master plan to triple public college capacity
The Ohio Board of Regents released a draft master plan urging doubling enrollments at private colleges and tripling capacity at public institutions by 1980. It also recommends new campuses for freshmen and sophomores and expansion of the state university system to include juniors seniors and graduates.
