Barge Blaze Sinks, Four Missing Near Quincy Bridge

A barge carrying 847,000 gallons of gasoline burned against a railroad bridge on the Mississippi River near Quincy Illinois. Four men were missing presumed dead, four injured, and drag operations started upstream at La Grange Missouri.
