Bardic High Tech Shakeup Boosts Oberlin Love's Labour's Lost
Oberlin College stages Love's Labour's Lost with director John Bouchard mixing Shakespearean verse with a synthesizer soundtrack and reflective plastic backdrops. Martha Wampler shines as the princess while Gregg Coffi captures Lord Berowne's defiance. the three and a half hour production runs with two intermissions and features live keyboard work by Rich Kurschner and Dan Long. Tickets remain for Friday and Saturday performances with a May 24 26 reprise during commencement festivities.
