Beckford praises Springer's fundraising in Elyria visit
Walt Beckford, Cincinnati Democrat-turned-republican candidate for the U.S. Senate, admires Jerry Springer’s fund raising as Springer runs for Ohio governor. He notes Springer’s funding includes half from Ken Keefe, a Cincinnati associate. The piece also covers GOP primary dynamics, potential NRSC support near $600,000, and PACs wavering on anti-Metzenbaum spending amid Ohio politics.
