Cat breeder battles four cat limit in Sheffield Lake
Wilson, 77, defies a four cat per residence rule after paying a 150 fine later totaling 201 with penalties. She still keeps about 70 cats and kittens, breeds Persians Himalayans Siamese and Bengals, and hopes to find homes as Love A Stray assists with neutering. She may relocate due to the strain of caring for an elderly husband with Alzheimer's and finances. Contact Cindy Leise for details.
