Ladies of Liberty aid veterans with hand made bibs
About 12 members of VFW Post 1079 Ladies Auxiliary in Elyria stitch and assemble bibs for the Ohio Veterans Home, completing roughly 145 towels every session. The group, started by Nelta Kerley six years ago, now operates from the VFW hall and seeks volunteers to continue supplying worn, washable bibs for veterans.
