First abuse court martial set in Baghdad amid outcry
The U S military announced the first court martial in the Abu Ghraib abuse case, reservist Jeremy C. Sivits of Hyndman Pennsylvania to face a Baghdad trial May 19. The trial will be at a Baghdad Convention Center and open to media as Brig Gen Mark Kimmitt details the case.
