Disabled customers sue Starbucks in Cleveland area

Two plaintiffs, John Somrak and Stacey Lang, allege four Cleveland area Starbucks stores lack ramps and accessible parking, violating the Americans with Disabilities Act. They seek class-action status. Starbucks says it aims to comply and has not yet been served the suit. A Florida suit with Starbucks earlier was settled after changes.

Substitute looms over Lorain district for rest of year
