Teacher files suit over damage to good name in publicity case
Mrs Myrta Bradley a New Oberlin District school teacher filed a 25000 damage suit in common pleas court against Mrs Gertrude Gerhartinger a New Oberlin resident alleging malicious intent to injure her reputation and bring public scandal over alleged mistreatment of a child. Bradley had been acquitted last week of assault and battery charges related to whipping a six year old student.
