From boombox beats to Cleveland rap star Benjamin Bill
Miles Jones, a 2009 Admiral King graduate and Horizon Science Academy Cleveland High School teacher, shares an old school start using cassette tapes and two boomboxes to record rap. He formed B.B.M.A. with friends, scored local radio play, and released solo work while teaching. He envisions a three year push to grow Four40 and Benjamin Bill music.
