Quonset Hut Rejected by Avon Lake Planners
Avon Lake Plan ning Commission unanimously denied James Allen's request to keep the Moore Road Quonset hut at Allen Refrigeration Services. Some members recalled a 1985 permit for a storage building that required razing the hut to meet setback rules, which never happened. The panel also referred sewer work on Lear Road to council to enable area development.
